How it works
1. Set up the matter
Add the applicant, sponsor and dependants, then apply the visa checklist. Every document is asked of a specific person.
2. Clients upload
Each person sees only what they owe and sends a photo or PDF from their phone or computer. No accounts to remember, just an emailed code.
3. Review and decide
Accept a document, or send it back with a reason the client can read and fix. Progress is always one glance away.
Files are encrypted with a key unique to each matter.
Every upload, decision and download goes into a hash-chained activity log.
A sponsor cannot open the applicant’s documents, and one matter never sees another.
Documents are stored in Oceania and encrypted at rest and in transit.
